The CM-2000 signs & protects checks that are produced with computerized accounting software. Efficiency: Accounting software only produces part of the check information. The CM-2000 finishes the check with signatures, protection, and complete reproduction of your existing check stock using blank check stock. Security: • The CM-2000 adds to the security that exists within accounting software. • Programming exists on a computer chip that only works in the CM-2000 unit. • Metal plates and stamps are eliminated. All check information and signature changes are made by Wycom. • Stocking pre-printed checks is eliminated; no more checks under lock and key. Control: • Executive key controls check signing. • Set-up Key (operator) selects type of check to be signed. • Pre-programmed limits prevent signing over a specified dollar amount. On-line A41CR Laser:For applications using computer generated checks; the CM-2000 finishes the checks with signatures, protection, and complete reproduction of your existing checks, using blank check stock. Manual MICR Laser:A stand alone unit for applications not using computer generated checks, but like the benefits of completed checks from blank paper. Manual check disbursement is made available by attaching any PC keyboard for operation. Combined with signatures, and your existing check information (text, graphics, backgrounds, logos) the CM-2000 allows for MICR Laser Solution as a stand alone product. Will it work with my software? The CM-2000 is specifically designed to work with most accounting software packages with no changes necessary; making it the most flexible computerized MICR Laser Solution on the market. Will it work with my hardware? The CM-2000 MICR Laser Solution works with all laser printers that are capable of utilizing MICR toner cartridges.
